Hello i'm sunshine:) lol. So anyways um. yeah. My birthday was a couple weeks back and I was not able to throw a party. POOP! So my friend came up with this great idea that I could wait until halloween and have a birthday/costume/halloween party. I know, pretty sick right? And I'm having a difficult time deciding what I should do or not so if you have any suggestions please leave a comment. And btw i'm not 5 years old so it's got to be a little more sophisticated than renting out Barney (all though that would be TOTALLY AWESOME!)

That's a really awesome idea, except TONS of people will be throwing Halloween parties this year since it's on a Saturday, so not everyone might be able to come...
I hope you do throw a party at some point, though : D
